About BoardView AI
BoardView AI helps boards and senior leaders realize value from AI by building the governance foundations that enable it.
What We Do
We help leaders understand what organizational conditions enable AI success, assess whether they’re in place, and address what’s missing.
For boards, we help directors fulfill the oversight responsibilities they already have, adapted for AI. This means building enough fluency to ask the right questions and recognize adequate answers. It means having clear accountability structures in place. And it means working with management to ensure the organizational conditions for success are coming together.
For senior leaders, we help executives build those organizational conditions into practice and demonstrate to boards that they are in place. This includes clarifying strategy and accountability. It means engaging people in the value AI can enable and supporting their readiness to work with it. It also means aligning infrastructure with ambition, integrating AI into enterprise risk management, and giving boards the information they need to oversee AI effectively.
